On-Die Termination (ODT)
If the ODT is enabled, the DQs and DM are terminated to V
are not terminated. Figure 3.1 shows the equivalent circuit of a DQ receiver with ODT. The ODT function is dynamically switched off
when a DQ begins to drive after a READ command is issued. Similarly, ODT is designed to switch on at the DQs after the memory has
