Section 16 A/D Converter
Bit 7—Reserved: Always read as 0. When written to, 0 must be written.
Bit 6—Power Supply Bit (PWR): Specifies the A/D converter’s conversion start mode. Setting
the PWR bit to 1 sets high-speed start mode, while clearing the bit to 0 sets low-power conversion
mode. For details of conversion start operations, see section 16.4.7, Conversion Start Modes.
Only set the PWR bit while conversion is stopped.

disabling of A/D conversion start by a trigger signal.
