ISM Starter Kits

for SX1211, SX1223, XE1203, XE1205

General Description:

The Semtech ISM Starter Kits are transceiver

development and evaluation platforms. The kits perform

practical “demonstration”, “range” and “site survey”

testing to demonstrate a two-way communication

between two radio boards and also evaluate the RF

transceiver.

The Starter Kit performs basic functions of data link

communication including access to all device registers

and programming such as modulation schemes

selection (FSK / OOK), conﬁ guration in the transmitter,

receiver or sleep modes. Also featured are frequency

deviation selection, ﬁ lter bandwidth and output power

management.

Each Starter Kit covers the basic setup and operation

for the environment necessary for each of the devices

listed in the ordering table.
