The TEK Mousemat is a custom-designed RFID reader/writer capable

of reading and writing to the industry standard 13.56MHz tags. This

stationary reader is offered either as a bare PCB or as a mousepad,

making the reader both functionally useful and allowing it to multi-task

- saving the consumer valuable desk space. The Mousemat was

originally designed for a large supply chain application. It attaches to

the computer through a USB port. Applications for the Mousemat

include order entry, computer security and inventory control.
