If the configuration options select PA0~PA7 to be normal I/O pins, then the corresponding bits in the ASCR2 register, bit
0, bit1, bit4 and bit5, must be set to 0 to disable the RC1/RC2, RC3/RC4, RC9/RC10 or RC11/RC12 pull-low resis-
tors. These bits are set to 0 or 1 by software.
