The oscillator can be fixed easily by replacing the circled capacitor, with a 220pF ceramic capacitor. (0603 size), see
Figure 1-2. It is also possible to leave the existing capacitor mounted and just solder a new 220pF capacitor on top,
either 0603 size SMT or other ceramic type that you can make fit.
