The IFR2026 synthesizer generates a two tones signal
(F1=180kHz, F2=280kHz); each tone having the same
amplitude level.
The HP3585 spectrum analyzer measures the
intermodulation products function of the output voltage.
The generator and the spectrum analyzer are phase
locked for precision considerations.
