Summary of Supporting Information

Initial Release

Minor circuit modifications to the output stage, consisting of two added resistors and rerouting of metal 3, resulting in a datasheet change.

T o remove the chance of oscillation under adverse loading conditions.

Reduction in High Frequency gain. Typical gain at 2.5GHz and 5GHz reduced by 1dB and 3dB respectively.

Qualification will be performed per ADI0012, Procedure for Qualification of New or Revised Processes. See attached Qualification Plan.

For characterization results see attached graph. Full characterization is still in process. Upon completion the results will be published in Revision B

of the product Datasheet (see www.analog.com).
