Manually Installing the MT9234ZBA­USB­CDC in Windows 7
If you did not use the pre‐installer for Windows, this is the process for installing your modem.
After connecting your MT9234ZBA‐USB‐CDC to an available USB port, Windows 7 will report that the driver
software was not successfully installed; Windows 7 no longer uses the new device wizard for installations.
Pointing Windows 7 to the drivers needed is a simple process as shown below.

1. Insert your MT9234ZBA‐USB‐CDC product CD into an available drive. You can ignore or close the CD Start
2. Click the Windows Start button and select Control Panel from the options in the right‐hand pane.
3. Left‐click the Hardware and Sound link.
4. In the Devices and Printers section at the top, click the Device Manager link at the end.
