Register Description: This register enables the TX FIFO drain mode for the selected port by
holding the TX FIFO for that port in reset. All data stored in the TX FIFO is lost when this bit is
set to 1. When this bit is set to 1, the TX FIFO status for the selected port is STARVING.
1. R = Read Only; CoR = Clear on Read; W = Write; R/W = Read/Write
