Bourns® Model PEC16 Update
In line with our commitment to bring increasing value to our customers, Bourns® Sensors and Controls Product
Line is pleased to announce an update to our
Model PEC16
16 mm Contacting Rotary Encoder.
The factory is changing the color of the plastic used to mold the base of the part from gray to green. The
formulation of the base material will not change. This change will help us keep our costs in line and preclude price
increases. The photos below show the change in color.
Old gray base
New green base
This color change does not affect form, fi t or function of the product. The product remains RoHS compliant*
with the color change. There are no changes to prices, minimums or multiples. Product with the color change will
begin shipping with all current and new orders.
