Product description and labelling
Currently there is still a range of device specifications, in which the regulations on insulation coordination
have still not been incorporated. In addition, transition periods of up to 5 years apply for reworked standards
in order to replace the older standards. Thus, for the foreseeable future, there are products existing side by
side that have been developed and labelled following the old design rules and those that have already been
designed according to the regulations for insulation coordination.
For this reason, whereever possible and applicable, the rating is given in the product descriptions according
to the old and new regulations. The reassessment and conversion of the labelling of existing products is
carried out in the framework of the transition periods in accordance with economical considerations.
