Lease Terms and Conditions
Equipment leased by Hoffman is subject to Hoffman’s approval and title remains the
property of Hoffman Products. Consignee agrees to pay all shipping costs, replace
damaged parts, (excluding normal wear), use only Hoffman products in the equip-
ment, assume full responsibility for any injuries or damage sustained while equip-
ment is at Consignee location, and permit Hoffman right of access to designated facil-
ity during normal business hours for purposes of inspection.
Warranty and Disclaimer
There are no express warranties which extend beyond the description on the face
hereof. SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Since Seller cannot control the man-
ner or use of its products after their sale, Seller will not be responsible for any con-
sequential or indirect damages. Rather, Seller will, at its own option either replace the
products sold or refund the purchase price. No warranties will apply if the products
are in any way altered or modified after delivery be Seller.
