Float q descends due to its own weight and valve w closes
chamber hole e. Piston r is pushed down by spring t, and the
drainage passes through chamber hole u to enter housing i.
When the pressure is greater than 1kgf/cm
spring t, allowing piston r to ascend to the position that causes it to be
sealed by seal y. Thus, the inside of the bowl is isolated from the
outside.
Float q ascends through flotation and opens the chamber's hole
e, allowing the pressure to enter the chamber. Piston r
descends due to the force of the internal pressure and spring t,
and the accumulated drainage is discharged through drain outlet
o.

Float q ascends through flotation and opens the
chamber's hole e, allowing the pressure to enter the
chamber. The force of the internal pressure pushes
piston r down, and the accumulated drainage passes
through chamber hole u and drain housing i, and is
discharged through drain outlet o. After the drainage has
been discharged and valve w closes, the chamber's
internal pressure passes through the orifice !0 portion of
piston r, and is released externally. Therefore, piston r
receives the case's internal pressure at its bottom, and
with the additional force of spring t, piston r is pushed
upward, thus returning to the sealing position of seal y.
Float q descends due to its own weight and valve
w closes the chamber's hole e. Spring t pushes
piston r up to the position that causes it to be
sealed by seal y.

Differential Pressure Auto Drain
With piston w having descended, if a pressure > 0.1 MPa
is applied to piston w inside bowl q, the hole of valve r
becomes closed by valve seal e. While the valve remains
closed, the pressure of piston upper chamber t and lower
chamber y are equalized. As soon as the air is expended,
the pressure in upper chamber t decreases, thus creating
a momentary difference in pressure berween upper t and
lower chamber y and causing piston w to ascend. Then,
the hole of valve r opens to discharge (the valve opens
even if no drainage has accumulated). The pressure at the
bottom of piston w decreases, causing the pressure in
upper chamber t to become greater than the pressure in
lower chamber y. So, piston w descends, causing the
hole of valve r to be closed by valve seal e. When the air
consumption rate becomes constant, the pressure between
piston upper t and lower chamber y becomes equalized
and the hole of the valve remains closed.
