Terminal rails
RailMate terminal rail system
for the TS 35 x 7.5 and TS 35 x 15 terminal rails
To save costs, it is possible to dispense with an expensive
die cast aluminium enclosure within a control cabinet by using
RailMate, which provides ingress protection class IP20.
The terminal rail assembly system can be used to mount
the inserts of the heavy-duty plug-in connectors and also
the “ConCept” modular plug-in connector system on the
terminal rail. This is all done without tools, simply by clipping
the parts on.
A large surface at the base of the insert receptacle and on the
frame allow for clear identification of equipment.
In the control cabinet, RailMate lets the user accommodate the
maximum number of electrical connections in a minimum area.
