A unique feature of the EMC142X series of devices is the ability to select the Hardware System
shutdown temperature based on the pull up resistor on the ALERT and SYS_SHDN outputs. The EVB
allows the user to quickly evaluate each of the 36 temperature values by adjusting JP18 and JP17 as
shown in
