Initial Release
Two minor issues with test modes are fixed. The datasheet does not change.
1. An inverter input was connected to Zout for a test mode, but by being present at all times caused extra supply current dependend on Zout. The inverter was
removed and the digital multiplexer was rewired as an analog multiplexer. The test mode functions the same, but the supply current is now lower and not a
function of Zout.
2. An internal signal was switched onto Xout in test mode. The buffer caused a small load on Xout that limited swing near ground by ~50mV. The test mode
was rewired to switch it off completely during normal operation.
The change prevents Z cross axis when the power supply is decoupled with a series RC and R is >100ohms.
Ensure consistent and maximum output swing on Xout.
Customers using large resistance in series with Vs will see less cross axis and supply current that is constant with Z orientation. X swing will be slightly
improved. There is no negative impact on fit, form, or function or reliability.
