DESCRIPTION
The SiP280X family includes six high-speed, low power
consumption, BiCMOS Current Mode Controllers. These
integrated circuits contain all of the control and drive
functions required for off-line and dc-to-dc current-mode
switching power supplies. Their advanced architecture
enables the implementation of full-featured designs with
minimal external parts count.
The SiP280X family controllers are available in both
standard and lead (Pb)-free, SO-8 and TSSOP-8 packages,
and are rated for operation over the industrial temperature
range of - 40 to 85 °C.
