The STM8A/128-EVAL evaluation board supports CAN2.0A/B compliant CAN bus
communication based on 5 V CAN transceiver.
High-speed mode and low-speed mode are available and can be selected by setting JP6.

Two D-type 9-pin connectors CN13 (UART1) and CN15 (UART3) are available on the
STM8A/128-EVAL evaluation board. The USART1 connector is connected to channel 3 of
the multiplexer U17, while the USART2 connector is connected to channel 1 of the
multiplexer U18.
