1.8V) applications that require a large number of outputs to drive
precisely aligned, ultra-low skew signals to their destination. The
input is multiplexed from either HSTL or Low-Voltage Positive-
Emitter-Coupled Logic (LVPECL) by the CLK_SEL pin.
