DESCRIPTION:

ValueRAM's KVR667D2S8P5LK2/1G is a kit of two 64M x 72-bit (512MB) DDR2-667 CL5

SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) "single rank" Registered low-profile w/Parity memory mod-

ules. Total kit capacity is 2GB (2048MB). The components on each module include nine

64M x 8-bit DDR2-667 SDRAM in FBGA packages. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact

fingers and requires +1.8V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
