DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:

This is an Update Notification to EOL 16083 available at

www.onsemi.com

EOL 16083 is the second half (H2) 2007 Pb to Pb free conversion EOL. The last BUY date on

16083 was incorrectly listed as July 31 2008. This date should have been listed as June 30 2008

following standard 6 month Buy / 6 month Ship policy.

Additionally, 64 devices that had been previously EOL’d on EOL 16004, (also available at

www.onsemi.com

) were repeated on 16083. The original dates published in 16004 for these 64

devices should hold. These 64 parts are listed below.

Lastly, some leaded devices were missed on 16083. These devices have been added below as

well, and will follow the standard 6 months BUY / 6 months SHIP time frame; giving them a Last

Buy date of Aug 06 2008 and a Last Ship date of Feb 06, 2009.
