Summary of Supporting Information
To improve product usability, a metal layer edit was necessary. As a result of this edit, the following datasheet parameter will change:
t6 timing specification:
FROM: 40ns min
TO: 90ns min
The change was necesary to ensure reliable readback operation over the full operating temperature range and over the full DVcc power supply range of 2.7V to
5.25V
Some customers may need to revise their system to ensure reliable operation.
Effective with datecode 0931
Qualification testing was performed and the qual report RQR04741 is available on request.
