Description
The SC462H is a high performance synchronous buck
controller that can be configured for a wide range of
applications. The SC462H utilizes synchronous rectified
buck topology where high efficiency is the primary con-
sideration. SC462H can be used over a wide input voltage
range with output voltage adjustable within limits set by
the duty cycle boundaries.
SC462H comes with a rich set of features such as regu-
lated DRV supply, programmable soft-start, high current
gate drivers, shoot through protection, R
hiccup over current protection.
