11. Reliability, Serviceability, and Availability
11.1 MTBF
Calculated Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) at maximum configuration has been calculated at
TBD hours at 35°C.
11.2 Serviceability
The system is designed for service by qualified technical personnel only.
The desired Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of the system is 30 minutes including diagnosis of the
system problem. To meet this goal, the system enclosure and hardware have been designed to
minimize the MTTR.
The following are the maximum times that a trained field service technician should take to perform
the listed system maintenance procedures, after diagnosis of the system.
