Overview

This notice is to communicate that Xilinx is discontinuing certain low-volume HQ package products in the XC4000E,

XC4000XL, and XC4000XLA product families. All speed grades and temperature grades of these product offerings are

affected, including Xilinx Military.

Description

These device package combinations have declined in customer usage to the point that continued manufacturing is no longer

economical. Please note that a Pb-free version will not be provided for discontinued part numbers.

Final orders accepted until July 26, 2007.

Final deliveries must occur on or before January 26, 2008.
