with full facepiece respirators when quantitatively fit tested.
All respirators and respirator/filter assemblies can be used up to the NIOSH approval limits, 10X PEL for half facepiece
respirators or 50X PEL for full facepiece respirators or the maximum use concentration allowable in applicable OSHA
standards, whichever is lower.
OSHA regulations require that gas-proof goggles be worn with half facepiece respirators when used against formaldehyde.
