Acrylic Adhesive DP805

This high performance, toughened acrylic

adhesive is great for bonding metal and plastic.

It has good heat resistance and exceptional

overlap shear and peel strength. A unique feature

is its ability to adhere to many unprepared and

oily metal surfaces. It has excellent environmental

resistance with a 4 minute work life.

Acrylic Adhesive DP820

Two-part, high performance, toughened acrylic

adhesive with a 1:1 mix ratio. It exhibits

exceptional overlap shear and peel strength

to both metallic and plastic surfaces. It also

exhibits excellent environmental resistance with

a 20 minute work life.

Low odour Acrylic

Adhesive 810Ns

Adhesive 810 NS is a two-part structural

acrylic-based adhesive that cures at room

temperature (no heat required) avoiding

mixing mess and waste because of its self

contained Duo-Pack adhesive cartridge.

It is a low odour acrylic adhesive with

between 8 and 10 minutes work life, and

its non-sag feature makes it ideal for

vertical applications. It can structurally

bond many plastics and metals without special surface preparation,

as well as many powder coat painted surfaces and some slightly oily

surfaces. It is a great alternative to mechanical or fusion fastening.

Acrylic sealant 606NF

Water-based paintable premium sealant. It

spreads like whipped butter and will not sag

on vertical seams or gaps. Can be smoothed

to feather edge and dries to a flexible,

rubber-like, weather resistant seal. Often used

as a “weld-through” sealer when spot welding.

Non-flammable in the wet state. Will not

attract dust or dirt. Adheres to painted

or primed, metal, wood and certain

plastic surfaces.

spray Adhesive

Adhesive bonds flexible urethane

or latex foam together or to wood,

metal and plastic. Bonds on contact

yet has a 15 minute bonding range.

Controlled variable 1˝ to 3˝ misting

and spray. Gives fast tack with

foam tearing strength and a soft,

non-dimpling glue line. General upholstery foam bonding, to bond small

foam shapes by knife edge bonding, boxing, and edge turning.

spray Adhesive

Quick tacking adhesive is the strongest

one surface aerosol adhesive in our line.

Bonds many hard to hold materials such

as polyethylene and polypropylene. Also

bonds SBR rubber, fabric, felt, cardboard,

cork, foil and plastic to themselves and

to wood, metal and glass. A strong, one

surface adhesive with high temperature

resistance. Non-misting, precise spray control, does not cavitate

expanded polystyrene foam. Used to bond carpet, door skins and fabric

in van conversions; insulation in aircraft interiors and specialty cabinets;

and to attach nameplates, pool table fabrics, swimming pool liners and

pipe insulation.
