follows:
Switch-disconnectors
These are typically used in isolating individual strings of solar panels and battery
banks or as the main switch for the whole solar system, both AC and DC. ABB’s
switches are compact in size, have high DC voltage ratings, unique safety features
and global availability and acceptability. ABB switch-disconnectors range from 16 to
630 Amperes and up to 1000 VDC and AC in various switching categories.
Enclosed switches
All switches can be enclosed for outdoor use up to protection class IP65. These
products are typically used in residential applications such as combiner boxes for
several solar strings.
