red card. If we’ve done something you’re really pleased with, send us a green card. Each card
features a unique number, so we’ll know which person in your organisation it’s from. And because
they’re all pre-paid, it
won’t cost you a penny to
get in touch. Alternatively,
you can

and we’ll deal with them
right away.
How the system works
Each card we receive acts as an “early warning system” to help us identify ways in which we could
better serve your needs. The scheme is supported by a dedicated customer relations team, whose
responsibility it is to ensure that any potential problems are dealt with straightaway. Once we receive
a Red card, our team will give you a call to ascertain exactly what the problem was and explain
how it will be solved
If we can rectify it immediately, we will. The problem will also be addressed through ongoing ‘quality
circles’ and we’ll get back to you on the outcome.
