This device is a monolithic quad intelligent power
switch in multipower BCD technology, for driving
inductive, capacitive or resistive loads. Diagnostic
for CPU feedback and extensive use of electrical
protections make this device inherently
indistructible and suitable for general purpose
industrial applications.
