Low-Side-Output 5; Power-MOS open drain with internal
reverse diode;
no internal clamp diode or active zenering;
short circuit protected and open load controlled.
High-Side-Output 5; Power-MOS open source with internal
reverse diode;
no internal clamp diode or active zenering;

possible to GND;
