The pressure sensors of the series ME75x are piezoresis-

tive ceramic sensors with three different output signal

options: Ratiometric 0.5…4.5V, non ratiometric 0…10V or

current loop 4…20mA. The sensors are based on ME662

series and therefore available in gauge version. The pres-

sure and temperature calibration is done electronically with

the asic on-board. When the temperature changes the

electronic provides an offset and span correction and also

a aging detection and compensation. The new method

provides greater precision and life stability. This series

respect some EMI norms. The Asic on-board gives the

possibility to trace each sensors during the production

process. It’s also possible to have a custom calibration to

satisfy the need of everyone. Thanks to the good chemical

resistivity of the ceramic the ME75x sensors can measure

pressure in nearly all aggressive media. The ME75x sen-

sors are easy to mount like a standard monolithic sensors

ME662 and ME651.

Die Drucksensoren der Serie ME75x sind piezoresistive

keramische

Ausgangssignaloptionen: Spannungsausgang 0.5…4.5V

ratiometrisch,

Stromausgang 4..20mA. Die Drucksensoren basieren auf

den bekannten und vielfach bewährten Sensorelementen

der Typenreihe ME662 und sind daher in Sealed Gauge

Ausführung erhältlich. Der Ausgangssignalabgleich von

Druckspanne und Temperatur erfolgt nicht direkt an den

Widerständen, sondern elektronisch mittels eines Asic.

Diese neue Methode erlaubt bessere Genauigkeit und

Langzeitstabilität. Diese Drucksensoren sind EMV-kompa-

tibel. Das Asic on-board gibt uns die Möglichkeit jeden

Drucksensor während der Produktionsprozess zu kenn-

zeichnen. Weitere Ausführungen gemäss kundenspezifi-

sche Anforderungen. Die Drucksensoren der Serie ME75X

sind dank der hervorragenden chemischen Eigenschaften

der Keramik gegen fast alle aggressiven Medien beständig

und lassen sich wie die Sensoren der Serie ME662 und

ME651 leicht und einfach montieren.
