The internal oscillator is formed by connecting an external ceramic resonator to these pins. When
an external oscillator is used instead of the internal oscillator, the external clock is input to the XT
and the XTb must be open.
Active “L”: Reset is executed when this pin is “L”.
Active “L”: Data transmission is enable when this pin is ”L”.
These pins must be open.
