The descriptions of the pins are listed in Table 3-1.

Connect the device ground pins directly to the PCB
ground and minimize the length of the connection. The
thermal resistance to the die is at a minimum at Pin 2.

Either 2°C (GND) or 10°C (V
selected by connecting HYST to GND or V

A 100 pF or greater decoupling capacitor from V
GND is recommended.
