The SLE 76C1440P offers 300 kBytes of User-ROM, 8 kBytes RAM and 144 kBytes E²PROM to fulfill the
increased requirements of mobile communication applications and allows to include SIM Application Toolkit,
Wireless Application Protocol (WAP), WML-Browser and JavaCard API implementations.

The new platform is designed to address up to 16 Mbytes of memory.
The set of security features has been tailored to fit the requirements of mobile communication applications
purposes combined with enhanced reliability for these applications.
