The SLE 76CF2561P offers 8 kBytes RAM and 256 kBytes E²PROM to fulfill the increased requirements of
mobile communication applications. 256 kBytes of E²PROM, with full E²PROM functionality and free
partitioning between code and data thus allow to include SIM Application Toolkit, Wireless Application
Protocol (WAP), WML-Browser and JavaCard API implementations into the NVM.

The new platform is designed to address up to 16 Mbytes of memory.
The set of security features has been tailored to fit the requirements of mobile communication applications
purposes combined with enhanced reliability for these applications.
