to (00000110) setting is
forbidden.
It can be set this up to 249 steps
in increments of one H.
VP7 to VP0 = (00000000) to
(00100011) setting is forbidden.
Sets the lines (horizontal
scanning lines) under encoding
by use of EVP4 through EVP0.
EVP4 to EVP0 = (00000) to
(00011) setting is forbidden.
Thus, it can be defined a setting
up to 26 steps covered by a
range from line 10 to line 35.
