●2channels contain FETs for the step-up converter.

●All channels contain internal compensation.

●It is possible separately control except CH1 and CH3.

●Operating frequency 1.2MHz(CH1～5), 600kHz(CH6～8).

●Contains output interception circuit when over load.

●Thermally enhanced UQFN044V6060 package(6mm x 6mm, 0.4mm pitch).
