The HS-7250/HS-7650 series has a Clear CMOS jumper on JP2.

PW1: 4-pin Power Connector
CN14: 5-pin ATX Power Connector
CN2: 2-pin ATX Power On/Off Switch
When the SBC matches the Backplane use, the PW1 position
must insert power connector, strengthens SBC's stability.
