Set pin of the SCK clock edge.
When this pin is “L” level, rising edge is available for input(SI) and falling
edge is available for output(SO).
When this pin is “H” level, falling edge is available for input(SI) and rising
edge is available for output(SO).

This pin should be connected to pull-up resistor.
