When DISPOFF=L, the outputs O1~O64 are all at a fixed voltage level of V1.
Power supply for control logic.
Shift direction control for scan data reception from a controller.
When RS/LS=LOW, shift direction is from left to right (right shift).
When RS/LS=HIGH, shift direction is from right to left (left shift).
