DESCRIPTION

These three terminal positive regulators are supplied in a herme t i c a l l y s e a l e d

metal package whose outline is similar to the industry standard TO-220 plastic package. All

p r o t e c t i v e f e a t u r e s a r e d e s i g n e d i n t o t h e c i r c u i t i n c l u d i n g t h e r m a l s h u t d o w n , c u r r e n t l i m i t i n g

and safe-area control. Wi t h h e a t s i n k i n g , t h e y c a n d e l i v e r o v e r 1 . 5 a m p s o f o u t p u t c u r r e n t .

These units feature internally trimmed output voltages to +/- 2% of nominal voltage.

Standard voltages are 5V, 12V, and 15V. However, o t h e r v o l t a g e s a r e a v a i l a b l e u p t o 2 4

v o l t s . T h e s e u n i t s a r e i d e a l l y s u i t e d f o r M i l i t a r y a p p l i c a t i o n s w h e r e a h e r m e t i c a l l y s e a l e d

package is required.
