TWR-K21D50M MCU module is designed to work either in stand-alone mode or as part of the Freescale Tower System
For Use With
Freescale Tower Systems
The TWR-K21D50M is a Tower MCU Module featuring the K21DN512VMB5—a Kinetis K Series microcontroller in a
121 MAPBGA package with a USB 2.0 full-speed on-the-go (OTG) controller, system security and tamper detection,
and a secure real-time clock with an independent battery supply. It is intended for use in the Freescale Tower System
but can also operate stand-alone. An on-board OSJTAG debug circuit provides a JTAG interface and a power supply
input through a single micro-USB connector.
