2.19.1 Test Conditions
1. Input voltage: 230 V; Output power: 65 W
2. Combination wave: 1.2/50 μs open-circuit voltage and 8/20 μs short-circuit current.
3. The ground connection of the output terminal is connected to earth ground.
4. Mode impendence set: L-to-N: 2 Ω; L-to-PE, and N-to-PE: 12 Ω.
5. Test voltage: 6 kV at L-to-PE, and N-to-PE; 1 kV at L-to-N.
6. Phase angle: 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°
7. Polarity: positive and negative.
8. Pulse repetition rate: 20 s.
9. No disruption of functionality in three test samples.
