Metal mask edit to fix overflow problem.
When using the ADT7470 in conjunction with the TMP05, it was observed that an overflow problem arose as temperature was ramped. To address this, an edit
was made to the metal mask. There is no change to datasheet.
Positive change - fixes overflow issue. No impact on any other aspect of the part's form, fit, function, quality or reliability.
Date code 0851 and from 0915 onwards.
Bench test evaluations.
