Description

SPMD150STP is a simple and compact stepper

motor drive module to drive two phase bipolar

stepper motor.

The module is a fully tested, proven solution.

Including controller, driver and two full bridges

packed into a unique metal case, SPMD150STP

performs Full/Half and micro-stepping mode,

eliminating the need for external component or

heat sink.

Among the main features of the module let's

underline the current controller that performs the

chopping regulation and the phase sequence

generator generating the stepping sequence. The

module can be easily interfaced to the host

microprocessor. The output stage significantly

reduces commutation and conduction losses.

The SPMD150STP is self-protected against over-

current and thermal shutdown.
