DESCRIPTION
The IR3629 is a synchronous buck controller,
providing a compact, high performance and
flexible solution in a small 3mmx4mm MLPD
package.
Key features offered by the IR3629 include
programmable soft-start ramp, precision 0.6V
reference voltage, thermal protection, fixed
600kHz switching frequency requiring
external
lockout for proper start-up, and pre-bias start-
up.
