Used in conjunction with a standard Merlin Gerin toroid (type A or OA), this type of relay trips the associated switching device, after the selected time delay, when it
detects a residual current above 80% of the setting for operating current (I∆n).
Characteristics
c Green LED indicates presence of control voltage; or normal operation
c Red LED indicates the trip threshold has been exceeded; failure of the detection circuit (connecting cable and toroid), or other malfunction is detected.
