The laser bias monitor current and laser diode optical power are calculated as ratios of the corresponding voltages to their current sensing
resistors, 10 W and 200 W (under modulation).
Includes current for biasing Rx data outputs.
Power dissipation value is the power dissipated in the receiver itself. It is calculated as the sum of the products of V
products of the output voltages and currents.
These outputs are compatible with 10 k, 10 kH, and 100 k ECL and PECL inputs.
These are 20 - 80% values.
SD is LVTTL compatible.
For multi-rate applications LOS may be detected for long”all - zeros” patterns. Please refer to Application Note.
Responsivity is valid for input optical power from -18 dBm to -4 dBm at 1310 nm.
